Free US Shipping on Every Order

NEATLY offers free standard shipping to all 50 US states on every order — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees, no exceptions.

Shipping methods and delivery times:

All orders ship from our US-based warehouse within 1 business day of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST may ship the following business day.

Order tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at any time through the link in that email.

Shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO: We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to APO/FPO may take 7-21 business days due to military postal handling.

International shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping (Canada, UK, EU, Australia) is planned for 2027. Join our email list for international launch updates.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if delivery is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at sales@dryneatly.com. We'll investigate and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
